Scott Christopher brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, public company reporting, financial planning and analysis, regulatory compliance, and capital markets. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (NASDAQ: FTAI) and FTAI Infrastructure Inc. (NASDAQ: FIP), where he led financial operations for two publicly listed companies through significant periods of growth and capital activity.
He has extensive experience in SEC reporting, Nasdaq compliance, mergers and acquisitions, institutional investor relations, combined with a deep technical foundation in U.S. GAAP and financial accounting. Mr. Christopher holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
