Patrick Fragman brings three decades of global leadership across the nuclear, power generation, and electricity grid industries to Momentum Power. From 2019 to 2025, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Westinghouse Electric Company, the world's foremost commercial nuclear reactor vendor, where he led the company's turnaround following its emergence from Chapter 11 restructuring and positioned it across new-build reactors of every size, from the large-scale AP1000 to the AP300 small modular reactor and the eVinci microreactor.

Under Mr. Fragman's leadership, the AP1000 units at Plant Vogtle in Georgia entered commercial operation as the first new nuclear reactors built in the United States in more than three decades, and the AP1000 was selected for new-build programs across Central and Eastern Europe, including Poland's first nuclear power plant. He also guided Westinghouse through its 2023 acquisition by Brookfield and Cameco, with the company's board crediting him for its turnaround and for establishing Westinghouse as a leading innovator and developer of nuclear technologies globally.

Before joining Westinghouse, Mr. Fragman served as Group Senior Vice President of ABB, where he led the Grid Integration business, a global portfolio of power transmission systems, services, and software. He previously spent 15 years at Alstom in senior power generation and transmission roles across the United States, France, Canada, and China, most recently leading the company's nuclear business, where he drove significant growth in customer contracts and new offerings. He began his career in a series of energy-focused roles within the French government.

Mr. Fragman is a graduate of École des Mines de Paris and the Corps des Mines. As a member of Momentum Power's Board of Advisors, he brings deep expertise in reactor commercialization, global energy markets, and large-scale industrial leadership to support the company as it advances its next-generation nuclear energy platform.
