Marty Burger has spent almost 40 years leading the creation of some of America's most complex real estate and infrastructure projects, with developments and transactions totaling tens of billions of dollars. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of L&L Infinite Real Estate Partners, an international firm specializing in real estate development, equity acquisitions, and debt financing.

Mr. Burger previously served for 14 years as Chief Executive Officer of Silverstein Properties, where he oversaw approximately $20 billion in real estate assets, including the redevelopment of the World Trade Center complex, the Four Seasons Resort complex at Walt Disney World, Orlando, the Four Seasons Hotel and Luxury Residences Tribeca, New York, and major acquisitions such as the U.S. Bank Tower (Los Angeles) and 1735 Market Street (Philadelphia). At Silverstein, he also established a real estate finance division, including Silverstein Capital Partners, a $5.3 billion debt platform, and the Cantor Silverstein Opportunity Zone Trust, a $1.1 billion fund. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at The Related Companies, Blackstone, and Goldman Sachs. During his 15 years at Related, Mr. Burger helped shape landmark developments including Time Warner Center in New York City and CityPlace in West Palm Beach.

He has been active in civic and philanthropic leadership through the Urban Land Institute, Friends of the IDF, SparkYouth, and National Jewish Health, among other organizations. Mr. Burger holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
