Loraine Ilia is Senior Nuclear Quality Engineer at Momentum Power, bringing extensive experience in nuclear quality assurance, program execution, and advanced measurement technologies. As a Technical Program Manager in R&D at the Y-12 National Security Complex, she led the Nuclear Detection and Sensor Testing Center. She has more than five years of experience delivering quality assurance and programs under NQA-1 and NRC 10 CFR Part 52 frameworks. Ms. Ilia developed Gamma Densitometry into a validated quality assurance technique and has worked with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) on measurement standards for computed tomography. She holds active DOE Q and TS/SCI clearances.
