Leon Tao is an investor and entrepreneur with experience spanning real estate, capital markets, private investments, and business development. As Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Momentum Power Corporation, he plays a central role in the company’s business operations and strategic growth, working across corporate strategy, capital formation, investor relations, partnerships, and commercial execution. He works closely with the executive team to translate Momentum Power’s technology and long-term vision into actionable business and financing strategies as the company advances the development and commercialization of its next-generation nuclear energy platform.
Mr. Tao has also built and manages a portfolio of more than 50 residential properties across the New York tri-state area, providing him with extensive hands-on experience in investment evaluation, acquisitions, asset positioning, portfolio management, and long-term value creation. He began his career in investment banking, supporting transactions across corporate finance and capital markets and developing a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, transaction execution, and strategic decision-making. His combination of investment experience, entrepreneurial perspective, and operational leadership supports Momentum Power as it builds the financial, commercial, and strategic foundation required for long-term growth.
