Leon Tao is an investor with expertise spanning real estate, capital markets, and private investments. As Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Momentum Power Corporation, he oversees the company's business operations, working across strategy, capital formation, and commercial execution. He owns and has built a portfolio of more than 50 residential properties throughout the New York tri-state area, with direct experience in acquisition, asset positioning, and long-term value creation.
He began his career in investment banking, where he supported transactions across corporate finance and capital markets, developing a foundation in deal execution and valuation. Mr. Tao holds a B.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
