Dr. Yunlin Xu is a distinguished reactor physicist and one of the world's leading developers of advanced nuclear reactor simulation software. Formerly a Principal Research Engineer at Argonne National Laboratory, he was the primary developer of the MPACT and PARCS reactor core analysis codes. PARCS is widely adopted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and nuclear organizations in more than 30 countries for reactor analysis and licensing.
Dr. Xu was also the primary developer of the DeCART code through a joint U.S.–South Korea collaboration, and it continues to be used by KAERI, South Korea's national nuclear research laboratory. He brings decades of expertise in reactor physics, core design, and advanced reactor modeling to Momentum Power.
